Peter M. Ciesielski is the founding and managing partner of Just Results Law Group, with 13 years of experience practicing law. He leads the firm's day-to-day practice and personally handles cases across its core areas: trials, personal injury, driver's license reinstatement, and real estate closings.

Peter is a trial lawyer first. He prepares every case as if it is going to trial, and that preparation drives results, whether the matter is decided by a judge or jury or resolved before trial. He has a strong record of success at trial and of securing substantial settlements for injured clients.

 

In personal injury cases, Peter brings training from Hofeld and Schaffner, a leading Chicago plaintiff's personal injury firm, where he learned to build cases from the ground up and negotiate from strength with insurance companies.

 

In driver's license reinstatement, Peter has guided many clients through formal and informal hearings before the Illinois Secretary of State, preparing them thoroughly so they can get back on the road legally.

 

In real estate, he represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial closings, protecting his clients' interests from contract through closing day.

 

Peter's understanding of the courtroom began on the bench side. During law school he served as a judicial clerk at the Second Municipal District courthouse in Skokie under the Honorable Judge Haberkorn, and later clerked for Presiding Judge Sutker-Dermer. He earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School and his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
